Leg strength is alittle off, got another 5-7.5kg on the front squat 5rm, the back squat, however, was balls to the wall. Havent tested a single in ages as no need.
Front Squat (oly, 12 inches off ground, shoulder width stance): 265
Back Squat (pl, 15ish inches off ground, slightly wide stance): 300
I know I can back squat over 3 plates, I just tested my max coming off a 15 hour sleep week and heavy drinking. What really gets me is my power clean (which granted, I rarely do because I’m still trying to get the form down) is 135. Probably need to do it alot more frequently and develop explosive strength, as I grind out almost all my lifts when working with over 85%.
I know it’s not weak hamstrings, as I snatch grip DL 315 and pull 365 conventional.

BSQ: 405 x 2 (belt only) - parallel (BW= 180)
FSQ: 275 x 2 (BW = 180) (no belt, ATG)
BSQ: 365 x 1 (BW = 176) (no belt, ATG)
Current BSQ is 310 (BW = 188)
oh, and get this… I can only do curls with 20# dbs… for 6 reps… and a few months ago I did a farmer’s walk with 240# in each hand.
