Can someone explain to me the idea behind frontloading, and what its benifits are?
Frontloading is done to get blood levels up as quickly as possible. The generally accepted method is to double the amount that you plan on using for the first week. This is only considered necessary for drugs with a long half-life (ie test, EQ, sust, etc).
Merlin, so for example: if someone was to do an eight week cycle( of 500mg), they would run 1000mg the first week, then run 500mg each week from then on. Would you need 4000mg, or 4500mg for the cycle? What I am trying to ask is: would it still be a true 8 weeker or, because of FL, would it be a 7 weeker? Thanks for your patience bro.
