Today was my first lifting workout in a long time. All that yoga and just moving around has gotten me more mobile than I've ever been in my life.
Dec 5th 2016 - 90 Min
Tumbled - 5 min (Tumbling gets your whole body warmed up, highly recommend it to anyone that lifts)
Dynamic Stretching - 10 min
185x3 (Quite high for not squatting in 4 months)
115x8 (Surprised. All the calisthenics and yoga definitely helped)
Chin Ups - 40 reps
Barbell Row - 115lbs - 40 reps
Curls - 30lbs - 20 reps
Dips - 63 reps
Core/Single Leg Work
Hanging Leg Raises - 25 reps
Paloof Press - 30 reps
Lunges - 25 reps
Overall great workout. Surprised that I was able to lift and do as much as I did. I think all the conditioning, yoga, and calisthenics definitely got me stronger and "in shape".
EDIT: Too busy of workout. Going to keep my workouts to 6 or less exercises each day.
