From the Soccer Field to the Gym

Hi everyone,

It’s been a while since I think to do it, so here it is my “training log” basically to follow my physical evolution more simply!

Some info about me:

  • 29 years old (30 in November)
  • 78kg
  • I played football from 5 years to 28 years
  • 1 year regularly at the gym
  • diet not too bad for a little over 6 months

Curent goal : put some muscles

My evolution in 1 year :

From 88kg to 78kg

I am currently my version of CT’s “Best Damn Workout Plan”.

I’m more a CT’s stuff lover haha

Training split :

Day 1 : Push + Abs
Day 2 : Pull + Traps
Day 3 : Push + Calves
Day 4 : Pull + Abs
Day 5 : Push + Calves
Day 6 : Pull + Traps

What I like the most in this training split are :

  • Chest and Shoulders every 2 day haha
  • if I’m tired I put a rest day and the frequency isn’t that much impacted !

Extended Method that I use :

  • Double rest pause
  • Myo set
  • Drop set

I don’t like cluster and super slow reps that much
