Row from bench, sumo stance: 175lbs (10/10/10); 165lbs (12/13) - did these very upright, focused on feeling it in posterior delts

Deadlift: 267.5lbs (5x5) - 10+mins, missing a 2.5lbs on side

Pullups: narrow-grip from monkey bars, 4 sets to failure pretty much

Row: 155lbs (5x10); 175lbs (x10) - 5mins, using straps with a loose grip really makes me feel it in my lats and posterior delts; the 155lbs was working the muscle, the 175lbs was moving weight

Bench: 197.5lbs (4/4/1) - felt deep muscle soreness on the 3rd set, didn’t want to tear anything

Deadlift: 275lbs (4x5) - 8/8/10-min breaks, was debating fifth set but left hip joint felt worn down after the 3rd & 4th

Pullulps: 11/11/11/10/10* - 9min breaks except for very long last break, last set had many incomplete reps

Bench: 185lbs (5/6/6/6/6); 135lbs (x15) - 5 mins strict

Curls: 45lbs (3 sets til failure)
