Running: Apartment to Lights/intersection before Drake; one lap on Drake; 3 laps walking

Pullups: BW (5x3) - lol

OHP: 90lbs (5x5) - pretty hard

03/08/13:

Bodyweight: 161.0lbs

Bench: 120lbs (5x5)

Row: 135lbs (5x5)

03/09/13:

Bodyweight: 160.4lbs

Pullups: 5/4/4/4/5

OHP: 95lbs (5x5)

03/14/13:

Bodyweight: ~160.0lbs

Bench: 125lbs (5x5)

Row: 140lbs (5x6)

Pullups: BW (4x7) - long breaks

OHP: 100lbs (5x5) - not bad

So you have a picture of someone (presumably you) doing squats in your profile picture but you do no lower body work? Injury?
