I missed the " " and didn’t got that you were just quoting
Isn’t that over 405 on the bar lol? Just had to point out the bad thumbnail.
Just to add I watched the video and the deadline he says is 6th February.
I think it’s actually 450… I have no idea why he picked that picture, lol.
Ya, lol, I’m not doing it… I thought some of you brutes would want to give it a go. You can get a free t-shirt and fat gripz out of it.
That is a pretty cool idea for a challenge, but I reckon it would take me about an hour lol. I might actually try that next upper body session.
Yeah I guess the picture with 450lbs with a close grip was for his ego, but who can blame him haha.
I’m assuming the big bench screencap is for his ego because 16 minutes is kind of lame to me lol. But that’s because I’m light.
Anyone who has done GVT should be able to blow this shit out of the water. Honestly, 14 sets of 7 (+2) for a lighter dude would be fairly easy imo
Hell, Alpha could probably do this shit in 10. Ha
Has anyone tried the “Murph” workout? I did it without a vest, broke it into 10 sets of 10/20/30 for the pullups pushups and squats. I got 44:46 and was tryin real hard not to turn my insides into my outsides.
I’ll try 10 minutes or less with a barbell, then 16 minutes or less with dumbbells. I’ll post video tomorrow
Lol, benching went horrible. Weighed in at 191 in sweats and shoes, so I used 195.
First 4 sets of 10 at the top of each minute were laughably easy. Next set a barely hit a triple. Had to go full competition setup (arch, leg drive, etc.) In order to keep hitting triples every 40 seconds or so. Took about 13 and a half minutes to finish up.
Didn’t even try DB’s since my baby triceps were toooooooo tired
Did you get a video?
A friendly police officer training that morning walked in front of the camera, noticed it recording, and told me that I needed to delete it immediately. It wasn’t worth the argument.
High handled trap bar deadlift, 580 for 16
@T3hPwnisher I wanted to one up you because it took me so long to respond, but i took way too long lol. Definitely missed the 90 second cutoff. I’ll have to try again with a visible timer.
Are those ironmind straps?
Do they hold up regardless the weight?I have some random straps that after a few reps the weight starts sliding down my hands
I have no idea if they are superior to other straps in any way. I just needed to spend more for free shipping and they fit the bill lol.
Personal experience, I have an old crappy set of worn down and frayed straps that I like to use for weight PR (like 1-3 rep) sets. The old ones just feel the best and more secure. I am worried that they will tear mid set someday though.
Do 50 pull/chin ups in 10 minutes or less every workout at the beginning of each workout. As it gets easier first add a 10lb med ball held with your feet and doing it. Then add 5 lb incriments at a time. Then buy bigger shirts for your arms to fit in the sleeves;-) (Do this for a month or two then stop). I actually got this technique off, I believe, one of CT’s articles and it works wonders for me. I couldn’t do 10 pull ups in a row at first now I can do then in my sleep…to 100!!
lol i’m a weak fuck.
Back in off-season type work, time for more challenges.
Lunges with an SSB bar. 135 for 10 minutes
