Fresh Start with Pre/Post Workout Drink

Hey guys…

Im 21 years old and 75kg, been training for 2 years but really slacked off the last 8 months. Want to get back into training and add some clean mass and was thinking about trying some new supplementation.

Ive only ever taken Optimum Nutrition’s 100% Whey as a pre and post work out drink but was thinking about trying some creatine and BCAA’s for pre and post work outs with just a maintenance protein powder for morning and nights with perhaps some carbs…

Whats your opinions on what i could take etc?
