Are there any consequences for eating too frequently?
On my days off from work I basically do nothing all day and could possibly eat every hour on the hour. Is this advantageous?
Is 10-12 very small meals going to jack my metabolism up any more than 5-6 larger meals with the same total caloires at days end?
I am kinda cutting right now. I’d like to lose about 3-4 pounds of fat in the next 2 weeks so my gear fits a bit better before the APF Florida State meet.
