How would the Frequency Project 2.0 fit in with Leaders and Anchors? Would the Leader have the main lifts be 5’s Pro, and the Anchor be 3’s Pro like with Spinal Tap?
It doesn’t. Just run it like the notes in Beyond tell you to. Your basically just doing singles after your work sets if you feel like it. High intensity 5/3/1.
