Frequency Project 2.0 and the Press

Hello Jim,

I like the frequency project 2.0 from Beyond 5/3/1.

Two questions about that:

  1. Is there a way to incorporate the press?
  2. Can I do deadlifts instead of squats with higher frequency (quad injury)?

The program is written for a specific reason - one cannot change it. That program doesn’t work like that. There are literally dozens of different 531 “templates” and programming options that you can use.
