I was just curious if I were to go on andro, how much would I be able to increase my frequency, considering that I eat like a I don’t know you can elaborate on what eats a lot. From what I got from the article was that you can increase frequency for each body part from once a week (Ian king or Flex type split)to a 5 day split like Poliquin.
