Frequency on 30 Minutes to Mass Program, Only Once a Week?

Just wondering if once a week frequency is enough to get maximum muscle growth. Is once a week enough to make the legs grow?

Absolutely. I know a lot of people will tell you that’s not enough but honestly, for the first 15-20 years I’d say 90% of my training was hitting a muscle once a week.
