Has anyone used the free standing bounce back bags sold thru gungfu.com? They seem pretty stable with an optional base but I was wondering if anyone had experience with them and can they take a lot of punishment?
Hey there. Don’t have any experience with the bounce back variety of bag. Unless those things are really well designed I don’t see how they will fail to fall over at a really hard thai kick or even Hou (sp?) Nal Tek. We use the water-filled standing bags at our gym and they seem fine. We fill them with sand though, as they have a tendancy to leak.
