Free Squat Replacement?

Well, I used to do free bar squats by setting the bar between two cardio bikes’ seats. Well obviously my gym does not have a squat rack, all the equipment that are available to me are a smith machine, leg press/chest press/leg ext./ leg curl machines, dumbbells that go up to 90 pounds and some barbells that can hold up to 400lbs.

Ideas for exercises to replace back squats? My clean limits what I can front squat.

Your main lift should be the deadlift and its variation (sumo, rack pulls, speed pulls…), then you can do some leg press, overhead/front squats and a shit load of single leg variations with DB’s or BB’s or bodyweight only…This subject has been discussed a lot previously, use the search function and you’ll find some good info.
