free power pack

I just received a generous amount of free stuff from biotest. Just wondered if anyone out there knew if we are supposed to take a certain dosage or just experiment with it ourselves and then post our experiences.
I’m 6’1" 205 lbs., 25 yrs old, been involved with weight training for 10 yrs., and I’ve played on the professional tennis circuit for a short time.
Any advice would be appreciated.
