so last weekend i was feeling like complete shit at work, didnt feel hungry in the least bit. i ate a little the next day and went to the gym, actually did alright, i got higher on some lifts and maybe the same on some others. anyway, it lasted a couple more days and then it went away so i had like 1 solid day where i felt ok and was trying to regain my appetite - not eating how i was a week before but better than the last couple days.
later that night im eating a sub and then all of a sudden i get the bubble guts and just lay there the whole night at my friends house, next day i cant keep anything down in my stomach for more than 5 minutes. it starts to go away and i go to Wendys get something to eat because i was fucking staaaarving. felt fine most the night, ate some more, drank some beers and then this morning the shits start again.
wtf? this stuff is pissing me off, i missed one day of lifting already and missed a rest day. its pretty much just a stomach thing, no head cold problems, but i thought that stuff only lasted a day or two?
im just pissed off about this whole thing and felt like complaining as there really isnt much else i can do about it. i dont think it has to do with my diet either (except maybe that sub i ate) because my diet doesnt really change all that much. i already feel smaller and like ive lost weight. fuckin a
