@CT have you tried doing frankenstein barbell walks and/or frankenstein squat iso holds? Thoughts?
No, but those walks would surely be very effective
I do F.S. hold mixed with speed box squats. Basically, warm up on the box squat with some bands up to my work weight, then throw a 45 on each side and do a 15 s F.S. Hold, remove the 45s and do 3 x 2 speed box squats EMOM. Then rest and repeat usually for 3 cycles.
Ya I’ve never heard or seen anyone do a frankenstein walk. Could be cool.
