Ouch ! It appears that I just fractured one of the 2 phallange bones in my left foot somewhere between my ankle bone and my baby toe closer to the baby toe. Based on all of the soft tissue injuries I have had in the past I can tell this is not a soft tissue injury and it is most probably a bone injury. Yes I am on the way to the hospital emerg. room for xrays but I am quite confident that the hospitals’ diagnosis will confirm my beliefs.
I was wondering what if anything can be done (suppliment wise, diet wise or treatment modality wise) to help speed up healing of the bone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to get back to work, training and restart my Mag-10 cycle (I was on day 3 of it!)
