Fountain of Youth Exercises

I’ve seen several times on here where someone says something is a fountain of youth for them. One guy said running 400 and 800s, another said deep bodyweight squats. Is there some kind of training or exercise you do that you believe fights off the effects of aging?

Mine is doing judo rolls. I figure if you are good at falling it won’t hurt you.

I have a training journal with over 2,000 posts. If you’re looking for fountain of youth and over all well feeling, check that and make sure you’re not doing anything I’ve done.
