I don’t think that the Dog Pound is going to be restricted to only those that are ‘know-it-alls’ and experts. I’ve been given a username and password, and I certainly don’t “know it all.” Rather, I think the point is to create a balance between having to moderate everything and moderating absolutely nothing. This way, the users that have proven themselves to be in the trolling business won’t sneak through and dilute all the threads with their nonsense. Those that have maintained a reasonable decorum will be able to post freely. It makes perfect sense to me.
