Will some smart, well read experienced lifters not be included in the “Dog Pound”? - Of course!
The forum has consistently been a place that served two purposes: 1)discussion of topics related to the iron game and 2)community.
Many people come and go over the course of days, months or even years - add something intelligent to a couple of threads and don't post anymore. While these people may be well-read and experienced, they are not part of the testosterone forum community and should not be part of the "Dog Pound".
Service counts! Does the well-read, highly-educated but unknown job candidate usually get the job or does the company insider with a proven track record for service usually end up with the position. In my experience, it is usually the latter, even if the insider may not be as highly-educated.
