I am a former college baseball and I am looking for a good all around plan. I still play competitive hardball and looking to get back in the construction field. I did a 6wk chest, deadlift, squat program on here and loved it. I am now looking into a few others on here just to mix it up. I know this is pretty vague and probably a waste of everyones time, but I cant find what I am looking for.
BF is pretty high for an athlete and what I am used to; approx 25% :’(
Id really like to get my all around weight down to about 195 and drop my BF% tremendously. Ill be more content w my physical appearance if i can get back to my college BF% of around 15%
