obvious statement is obvious I know but... I love SGHP, a lot. up until recently I've been kinda forced to do them incorrectly because of equipment limitations (wrong depth and grip), but still saw awesome results in my whole upper body. I just changed gyms however and new can actually do them correctly, and shit man it feels good! the weights took a small dip at first but now I have proper blocks and bumpers to get the right kind of lift off and it feels amazing for sure. now I love them even more and my traps are getting more intense.
