Form Check?

This my second year working on my Olympic lifts. I’ve really been working on form and everything but I’m not sure what needs to be fixed. I am aware that I need to shrug more on the clean itself, but every time I hit my jewels, so I’m not sure what to do. I considered trying the California strength method (hip cleaning) but it feels way too awkward for me to add an extra pull before I catch it in the hole. All advice is welcome, Thanks in advance. Also, the reason I catch the jerk back onto my chest is because the gym that I work/workout at doesn’t allow weights to be dropped above the knee -___- they also don’t allow chalk hence the use straps.
