Hey guys, first time post, kind of excited :wink: Just wondered if you guys have any tips on my form for the Deadlift, clean or Front Squat? Im still working on getting my elbows forwards rather than out to the side when I press, but hopefully I’ll be able to put up a video of that too soon so you can rip me to shreds there too. As far as Im aware I round my back a fair bit when I deadlift heavy (the video is my PR of 170kg) but I cant think of anything obviously wrong with my front squat (this was 120kg, my PR is 135kg but that just felt like it took ages to get out the freakin hole). Clean-wise Im clueless, education would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!
