Form Check - Squat

Hey guys,

Posted this up on another forum, and didn’t get much for advice. Looking for some tips before I start adding some weight. Been sitting around the ~225x10 mark for years now as i’ve been in and out of lifting.

Well, moving at the speed of light it’s a bit harder to pick the details apart lol…but I would say I have seen far worse form before. Your elbows are too far back as opposed to downward (proper). And the bar is sinking forward into the hole instead of straight down (watch the end of the collars in the video). This means one of a few things, but make sure that your knees are pushing outwards a bit harder. Depends on the style of squatting you want to d to be honest.
