Form Check - Power Clean from Hang

Hey all- I’m planning on getting started on Coach Thibaudeau’s Hard Body Training for Women Program. I haven’t done hang clean in a while, so today I worked on calculating my 1RM and going over my form. Can you guys look at this video I took today and give me critiques on my form? I really want to make sure I am doing everything correctly.

I am doing it also. I would just suggest drawing your elbows up more, but it looks great.

Form looks pretty good. I assume you’re doing hang cleans instead or power cleans?

I would draw the elbows up more, as Nailairess suggested. I would also drive more with my legs and really use them to get underneath the bar.
