I was looking for an extra little something to do today, so I dug into some old notes I took, and saw that I planned to work in barbell hack squats but never did. They are a refreshing change of pace, keeps your mind on your training. I urge you all to give them a shot.
I’ve been doing them for a couple of weeks now with the coach’s Renegade Bodybuilding workout. I was relly surprised how they hit the lower quads. I was expecting them to be more hip dominant. Look out, here come those teardrop quads!
