What is the main difference between the 2x2x2 and the Limited time templates from Forever 531?
If I recall correctly, I think 2x2x2 is lifting, conditioning, mobility each done 2X per week. Lifting days are two big lifts, plus assistance.
Limited Time has 2 barbell lifts each week and a Kroc row, and 2 assistance days done separately. So, the amount of time spend in the gym for each workout is less even though you really have 4 days of lifting (2 heavy, 2 light). I love the Limited Time widowmaker template.
Limited Time Widowmaker is fantastic. Add bodyweight exercises on “off days” for assistance.
