Forearm Training

Does anybody have a good routine for building meaty ass forearms? Does anybody have any tips? Can I use grippers while at work/watching TV to build them up?

Become a gear head and spend a lot of time turning wrenches! Or put on a couple roofs without a nail gun. Or have a dad that makes you do every kind of conceivable manual labor and a few you never thought of. Worked for me!

Not proper grippers. they take some concentration.

i have been using a powerball and found that has helped, also, grip holds of varying types.

  1. forearm roller (wrist roller)

  2. snadbag carrying, laoding etc. (loosly filled gymbag with 3-25 lb sandbags inside. pick up and carry by gripping canvas. Go heavier or lighter depending on strength levels.

  3. IRONMIND C.O.C. grippers Trainer and #1 grippers first.

  4. sledgehammer “lever” work. Like wrist curls while holding the hammer as far from the head as possible.

Do 1 exercise as a “finisher” after each of your other workouts.
