Hey CT I was wondering if I could add the forearm routine you previously wrote an article about back in 2008, the forearm routine looked amazing and mine are def. in need of growth. Is there anywhere I could add this routine to the I, Bodybuilder program? Im still on the Shoulder Phase. I was wondering if they could be added on the rest days Thursday and Sunday or if they could be added to the 2 days I do Full body at the end? Thank you!
