I agree, forearms almost the same size as your upper arm is a very impressive look imo.

The only real forearm work I get is from DL’s, RDL’s and chins. It’s weird because I always thought my forearms dwarfed my upper arm but I guess the measurements prove otherwise lol.

That’s where I took mine, around the beefiest part, wouldn’t make much sense to do otherwise.
