Hi, been reading alot of good info here for years. I’d appreciate any help you could offer on this. I did it doing some newer cable work, probably needed rest was doing extra lifting. Not sure how to proceed did ice and heat, some stretches and some light lifting. Laid off lifting for a couple of weeks. Feels still stiff and like a burn. Might try ART doc maybe, some kind of muscle massage. Much thanks for reading in advance. I just don’t know if i should be trying to rehab it. I play guitar so I’m really concerned.
