Forearm Injury

I started weight training 3 years ago and injured my left forarm doing preacher curls. I took a month off at the time but ever since I experiance sensitivity in that area that is painful but does not affect my ability to get through a workout. It is especially bad if I let go of the weight quickly rather than slowly opening my hand to release the weight. Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on/and or how to do something about it? Alex, do a search on Applied Release Technique (ART) in the article archive section. Actually, it would probably be better if you did a search on Leahy, the guy who invented ART. You could, of course, do a search on the forum as well if you wanted some “testimonials.”
