Forearm/Elbow Pain

My elbows recently starting bothering me. Last Monday suddenly they went from bothering me to being disabling from the pain. I can’t move my left side elbow or lift anything without that arm with having excruciating pain. So far icing has done nothing to help alleviate the pain. I haven’t lifted since Monday and done nothing that should bother them and still it is excruciating. Any idea what it could be?

Where specifically and what specifically aggravates it?

The entire elbow and forearm. Grabbing things to pick them up seems to aggravate it the most

So with your palm facing up, is it worse on the inner or outer side? Is either side tender if you push on it?

It is not tender to the touch, but with palm facing up it hurts significantly more on the outside

Look up tennis elbow then, and with the level of pain you’re describing you’ll want to see an orthopedic also. Elbow tendon problems really suck, but there are a lot of small improvements you can make to the healing process with some searching. I think there’s even an article on it here.
