I’ve had a regular meditation practice for years now, I’m also at the tail end of my First 16-week Cycle. It may be placebo, but it seems I’ve been experiencing changes in my practice since I hopped on. All other things being equal, I find I have more difficulty visualizing the usual object of focus and focusing on it, and I don’t seem to get the usual subjective result after practice.
I don’t subscribe to any woo-woo belief regarding meditation, I chalk it up to Placebo since it’s so powerful, however have any of you Meditators also experienced any subjective changes in your Meditation practice on gear?
