After I read your post on Chad Waterbury’s site (Chadwaterbury.com) it reminded me of how John Galtish you are in almost every sense of how you write and how you go about life. What T-mag did for it’s customers is reminiscent of Hank Rearden never being late with an order until Francisco sunk his ships…But rather than turn this into a book disucssion I was curious on something I’ve been pondering lately.
What do you feel would be Rand’s opinion on music file sharing and services such as Kazaa and Napster. In one sense it is direct stealing of non-material goods, but it is also an innovator of progress, and in some cases it indirectly helps bands (increases # of listeners and draws more to concerts etc).
What are your thoughts?
