For Female Body Recomp, Full Body or Upper/Lower Split?

Hey coach! question, when training an average female, not newbie and certainly not advanced, do you suggest a full body spilt or more of an upper/lower body split? Can women handle more volume than man? thanks coach!

  1. Women can handle more volume than men. They can do more reps at the same % age of their 1RM and require shorter rest periods between sets.

  2. I use both splits. I’m not gonna lie, I prefer whole body workouts and it’s what I use with most clients. We do 3 whole body workouts per week and a 4th session that is a GAP workout in which we do mostly isolation work for neglected muscles or muscles you want to emphasize.
