Chad, I had a question regarding your anti BB hypertrophy program. If I am using the exercises given, On the first day are you supposed to do flat BB bench, rest, bent over row, rext, bb bench, rest, seated cable row. Or is it better to do 5 sets first of bent over row and then 5 of seated cable row, (with chest in between these obviously)?

At first I was confused by your question. Then I re-read the example and realized your confusion. The three exercises given are merely examples, not the sequence you should follow (I know, I gave one example for all the other exercises, but I unsuspectingly gave two examples for a horizontal back exercise).
In other words, choose ONE horizontal exercise for both the chest/back, and superset these for the recommended sets/reps. Sorry!
