I have a question for any of u bikers out there.
WHat kind of bars do u like to eat before u go onto a trail? WHat is ur favorite kind?
I go out on my bike in the summer every now and then.I try to avoid those places.I usually bring a small cooler with my own food or some all natural peanut butter protein bars.Maybe you can find a good salad bar that serves chicken breasts.
When I know I'm going to be out there for awile(15 miles plus) I like to eat some oatmeal with some Grow! before and mix like half a scoop of Surge in my water bottle to drink as needed.
You guys are amazing. I personally don't have the skills to eat anything while moving at 85mph and wearing a helmet.
