Football workout

I’m going to fulfill a dream of mine and go back to college and play football.
I have some good workouts I’ve been doing on my own but if anybody has some suggestions I would appreciate it!!!

Work the basic compound exercises, stretch, eat right, sleep alot, sprints, quickness & agility & DON’T FORGET TO WORK YOUR ROTATOR CUFF. Also, throw in some ab & forearm exercises. Oh! Work your neck!!! Make it stong, like an ox!
