Football training for 16???

Yo guys whats up?

I’m new to the board and I just wanted to know what is the best type of lifting style for a 16 yr. old? I am not very advance because I have only been lifting serious for a month but I have been lifting inconsistantly for 1-1/2 yrs. now. Any help would be much appreciated. If more info is needed let me know.

gpp needs to be your main focus…work on building a base with body weight gpp and all forms of gpp…in the weight room learn the basics and use rep schemes that build both mass and strength…remember and learn this quote before you try to get strong with advance techniques way beyond your age…“you cant flex bone”…bm
