My school is starting it’s first ever club football team in the upcoming fall or spring. Some of the guys are here this summer and have started training to get ready to practice once we have the full team. My goal is lose fat, and bulk up 10-20 pounds and run a 4.6 40 to play outside linebacker. I’m 5’11, 228, about 15% bf, and run a 4.8 40. Any help with gainning clean weight and increasing speed would be greatly appreciated.
