Hey guys I play Defensive Tackle in Football and was wondering what are some great Football programs I can do?

Goal ?

Become bigger stronger and faster for Football.

OK some stats
Age:17
Weight:245
Height:6’5-6"6
Bench:225-goal 260-270 (for now)
Deadlift:400 Goal 500
Squat:420 Goal 500
Power Clean:190 (goal 220)

haha. u squat more then you deadlift…
Is the 420 squat like one of those go down 3" and come back up?

Its actually the one where you go parallel.
