Football Nutrition Plan

Is there a good place to go where I can read up on it? I need to lose fat and gain muscle which is hard to do I know. I am assuming I need to eat healthy with lots of protein but what else do I need and what not.

I am 6’3 238 and am not a fat ass. I have a good muscular foundation to build upon although I admit I am kind of pathetic strengthwise to what I used to be.
