This is all about my upcoming football season, and my 1st bodybuilding competition next june. Im 5’8 145 looking to get up to 150 by football season and 155-165 afterwards.

Considerably weaker…I was planning for a 200x5 squat before I was told I was going on vacation.
Havent worked calves very hard lately, I am genetically gifted and have huge calves, but I plan on working them harder after football to maximize growth.
My Deadlift and my Squat have been seeing significant improvements just about every week, while my Bench Press is more like a Bitch Press, and hasnt seen much improvement lately. Oh well, just gotta keep pluggin away at it…
