Hey guys, so ya, playin in my football game on Saturday, got a wickedly bad charlie horse, like to the point of almost having to lift my leg to get it up into bed and on stairs, now what should i be doing for this other than icing, i need to be ready for another game friday…trainer’s are keeping me out of contact for today at least…who knows about tomorrow
just sit in an ice bath, and listen to the trainers. Also ask them if you can do some stim and ultrasound.

Keep the ice on it and try and massage the sore spot on your own. You’ll have to take that slow, but push through it.
