I've tried my best to avoid it but now I'm sitting home with some kind of cold that's been going around the office.
To help me overcome it I'm overloading on certain foods (see list) and would love to hear if anyone has other foods they rely on to help them from a cold/flu.
-Oranges and OJ
-Green Tea with Lemon
-Green Monster Veggie drink from Trader Joes
-Flax seed oil
What else can I eat besides to help me battle this nasty cold keeping me out of the gym?
