This is what popped into my head when reading this question. Doesn’t green tea have some insulin/blood sugar blunting effects? Thought I had read that somewhere just cannot remember where.

Interesting topic, I have a question though when using something like fiber choice or benefiber would it have an effect of lowering insulin over time? I ask because aren’t those products made with ingredients like dextrose, maltodextrin and sucrose? Don’t they spike insulin?
